Store the potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Stimulate the potatoes, constantly, for 1 tiny to dehydrate the potatoes. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Pour over the soy sauce, miring, water, fish sauce and tangerine juice. Once the chubby is warm enough, gently increase the scallops, making safe they are not touching each other. The scallops should have a golden crust on each side while calm being translucent in the center.
