All roads from Jewell Beach leads to great destinations. On the road from Moss man to Jewell there are also a lot of attractive trees. Going to Moss man Gorge is a desirable one day trip. When you are at the heart of the Gorge you can make pretty walks along the river and through the rain forest. For a particular occasion it’s worth your while. There is art, craft, new produce, massage and much more for sale. The rain forest with winding and steep parts, and creek crossings. Then we came back to Jewell Beach from Cook town via the Cree Track which is rougher but great adventure track with steeper parts going up and down the hills and ranges covered by rain forest enjoying abundant creek crossings and a river crossing. Shaded sites and excellent holiday units. Jewell Beach is only 8km north of the township of Moss man which has a important supermarket, chemists, medical clinics, hospital, various shops, the Bowls Club, and Sugar Mill. All amenities were competent for everything and the staff are one of the kindest and most beneficial I have ever met. Huge trivial park across the road from the beach. 7 August 2016 We stayed in one of the fore below units and it had everything that one could need. We could not get over just how peaceful it was. Everyone there was so very tranquility and respectful. We also had a dog with us and she loved it too. We were at Jewell Beach to attend a wedding, but behind our short stay we will be returning for a lengthy holiday. Room Tip: Below unit is great when you are drifting with a dog. The mountains, clouds, and sun ensures that many moments during the day the scenery is worth taking a photo. Behind all, they are segment of your family and they appreciate holidays too! Fishing at Jewell Beach has a variety of species. Fishing at Jewell Beach has a variety of species on the reef out of the front of the park. On the other side of Jewell Beach there is a salt water creek. You find the same species in there as in the Moss man River.
