My experience is that after three full sessions apaced over six weeks you will be able to note considerable change in how you feel, how your body moves and how it feels. It is a Journey, not a one off treatment, though you will be pleasantly surprised with the outcome of your first treatment. This is your authentic journey into getting you up and going again. How do I work with Body Whispering? Seamlessly moving between the many techniques I have in my ‘medicine bag’ I shift blockages, switch things on, activate them, always asking your body what it needs next and in what order to get you up and going. My life’s observation is that 15% of what I treat is the actual physical injury and 85% is the “downstream” or “splatter effect “ of a physical injury such as RELEASING shock or trauma stuck in the body, REACTIVATING “Lazy Muscles" (muscles that have been switched off as a result of shock etc., emotional reaction, surgery trauma, ‘soft tissue injury’) CREATING new neural pathways (from nerve injuries and much much more, while you feel more and more relaxed while gaining greater flexibility of movement and range of movement.
