The only sound you will hear will be bird song. Each cabin is situated in its own private spot overlooking a wetlands dam. No passing traffic, televisions or radios - and your mobile phone will only work in daintree village eight kilometres away. Total peace and tranquillity yet within easy driving distance of cape tribulation, rainforest, butterflies and wildlife and filled with tropical gardens, alive with birds, at the end of a scenic valley trail lies a peaceful haven, cairns highlands and the great barrier reef.eight kilometres beyond daintree village, port douglas, mossman gorge, tropical fruit trees and easy walking tracks. It is the perfect hideaway accommodation for couples, birdwatchers, honeymooners and wildlife enthusiasts or for relaxing for a while during a busy holiday schedule.
