The Adjustable Stream slitter is designed for use on important duct receive offs in industrial or low cost commercial systems. The stream slitter damper has a screw adjustment through the meet of the grille or diffuse. The Slimline Floor Grille is reinforced and designed for traffic able locations and computer rooms. This grille core is manufactured from high quality aluminum extrusion and firm into a sturdy frame for security it is non removable. The Double Deflection Grille is designed for use in supply applications but equally qualified to the return air installation. The Slimline Wall Grille is designed for use in supply, return or tire air applications. They are manufactured from high quality aluminum extrusion with a best of two blade angles, 0 and 15 and supplied as standard with a flange. Standard weather louvers are manufactured with either clanged frame for surface mounting or channel frame for postpone mounting. The standard plenum box is manufactured from galvanized steel and designed to be worn with Bradflo grilles and diffuse products for supply or return tire air. For temperature controlled applications a standard insulated plenum is available with internally fitted black faced glass wool. The duct core is an aluminiumpolyester film laminate, incorporating a coated helix wire spring and solvent based adhesive. There are three types of diffuse blade options depending on the discharge angles and flow rates required. The standard units can slot into a Thar suspended ceiling or be flush ceiling mounted. The core is adjustable and acts as both a balancing damper and pattern control. The Circular diffuse is available as a Cone type or a Plate type construction and fabricated from steel. They are designed to accommodate a range of flow rates using an adjustable core to supply diffused air in the horizontal plane. The standard conclude is white powder coated paint applied to a retreated surface and baked at 180C to ensure a tough surface that resists damage, fading and discoloration. They can deliver tall flow rates and depending on the needed discharge profile be adjusted from a jet to a diffuse air pattern by rotating the nozzle through 360. The diffuse core is manufactured from spun aluminum and the outer case is steel. It can be worn for supply or return air and available in one up to eight slots. The blade can be adjusted by toggling the damper from a median position to an offset position which increases the flow through one side of each slot and changes the angle of discharge.
